Who do you invoice, the owner or the strata manager?

Whichever the scheme prefers. Most managing agents want one consolidated invoice and one report for the whole service, and that is what we issue by default.

How do you handle access to individual lots?

We supply notice templates for the managing agent to distribute, work to a scheduled access window, and provide a return visit for any lot that was not accessible on the day.
