How Often Should You Get Pest Control?

For most homes out this way, a general pest treatment every 12 months keeps a working barrier against cockroaches, spiders, ants and silverfish. Properties backing onto reserve, creek line or paddock, common through Riverstone, Vineyard and the Windsor fringe, often do better on a six-monthly cycle because the pressure from outside never really drops. For termite inspections, the Australian Standard is annual, for every property, regardless of how new the build is.

Are Your Treatments Safe for Children and Pets?

Yes, when applied correctly, which is the point of using a licensed technician rather than a supermarket bomb. We use low-toxicity products applied to label, in targeted placements rather than blanket spraying, across all our residential services. What Should You Do Before a Pest Treatment?

Not much. Clear access to kitchen and bathroom cupboards, move anything stored hard against external walls, and put pet bowls and toys away. For flea work, vacuum first. it makes a real difference. We send a short prep list when you book. For end-of-lease treatments the property should be empty and already cleaned, and the carpets done before we arrive, not after.
