We cover everything from the everyday (ants, cockroaches, spiders, rodents and fleas) through to the work plenty of operators would rather not take on, including wasp nests, bird proofing around solar panels, and licensed possum removal with proper roof proofing afterwards.
Working right across Western Sydney means knowing what this area actually throws up: slab-on-ground builds on reactive clay through the newer estates, ants that come straight up through the slab edge every spring, and roof cavities that fill with possums and pigeons the moment a tile lifts. Licensed and Insured, Not Just Advertised
Pest management in New South Wales is regulated: anyone applying pesticides commercially must hold a current licence issued by the NSW Environment Protection Authority. We hold that licence and carry full public liability insurance on every job, residential or commercial. Ask to see either at any point and we will show you. it is a reasonable thing to ask, and a business that hesitates is telling you something.
Safe Around Your Family and Your Pets
Effective pest control should not mean turning your house into a hazard. We use low-toxicity products applied strictly to label, in targeted placements rather than blanket spraying, and treated surfaces are safe once dry, generally one to two hours. Before we start we lift pet bowls, cover fish tanks and talk through which areas to keep clear and for how long. Afterwards you get a service report listing exactly what was used and where, which matters if anyone in the house has allergies or you later need it for a landlord or agent. We Will Tell You When You Do Not Need Us
Not every problem needs a treatment. Sometimes it is a blocked weep hole, a branch touching the roof, or a leaking hot water overflow drawing everything in, and we will say so rather than book a job. Where a treatment genuinely is the answer, the quote is free, itemised and has no obligation attached, with no call-out fee and no lock-in contract. Honey bee swarms we refer to a local apiarist for relocation rather than destroy. Possums we remove and proof lawfully, because relocating them is both illegal in NSW and fatal for the animal.
